What is JsonXmlEditor?
JsonXmlEditor is a native macOS developer tool designed for structuring, formatting, validating, and debugging JSON and XML data. Built offline-first without browser or Electron frameworks, it provides a lightweight workspace featuring a split canvas with source editing on the left and validated, formatted output on the right.
Beyond core editing, the application integrates a sidebar-based REST request builder, DTO code generators for languages like TypeScript, Go, and Swift, and a Path Query Panel supporting JSONPath and XPath evaluation. The app requires no user accounts, collects no analytics, and processes all data locally on the device.
