LightningApply is an AI job application assistant designed to help job seekers generate tailored resumes and cover letters for any position. Users set up a master profile once by entering their experience, skills, and education, or by importing an existing resume file.

When applying to a job, users paste the job description into the platform. LightningApply extracts the role's requirements and keywords to write a matching resume and cover letter in PDF format. The tool also features a job tracking pipeline to manage applications from saved to hired.
